Intelligence or Hardwork

I`m going to explore the lives of different successful people, what they do, what do they need most ? Intelligence or hard work? And finally conclude if intelligence is more important for success or hard work.

What do you see when you look at Usain Bolt? His long muscular legs? How fast they move? No doubt he is gifted but so are the other athletes. What made him the fastest in the world was his perseverance and long hours and days of practice on the track.

Then you see any engineer. All engineers, managers, founders etc. need hard work. I`m not saying they don`t need intelligence , the people who give ideas need intelligence but in the long run they need to do hard work to achieve success.

Let`s look at Einstein,Noble Prize winner. We all know him as a brainy and brilliant scientist but do you know he had to struggle to be accepted in academic circles. In his childhood days people treated him as a dull boy but now......well he is considered as one of the greatest scientists of all times. In this case too hard work and perseverance plays a major role.

What about the people we see around us, doctors, teachers, artists, writers? They all needed intelligence to reach where they are now, but to go beyond and achieve higher peaks only hard work works. Hence, hard work is the key to success.
